Bryn Athyn Workout Studio believes in the power of using just your body weight, mental focus and determination to achieve all of your goals. We will challenge your body using all functional and natural movements (methodic breathing, core fitness, flexibility, stability, strength, coordination, balance, cardiovascular endurance, power, speed and agility) during group classes and/or individual personal training. Of course, we throw in some kettlebells, jump ropes and other tools from time to time to keep your body guessing and to keep it fun! Eating clean whole foods and taking time to calm the mind through daily meditation are the last key components to complete your healthy lifestyle.
